Welcome,

I'm Lauren Rosa,

A physician assistant specialized in integrative medicine & women’s health.

I was originally trained in the traditional Western model of medicine, centered on diagnosing and treating disease. Over time, I felt called to go deeper — beyond symptom management and into a more integrative, whole-person approach to healing.

Over the past nine years, I’ve worked closely with women navigating complex and often overlapping experiences — including hormonal shifts, digestive concerns, fatigue, and the many layers of modern womanhood. Along the way, I expanded my training to include holistic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, mind–body practices, and herbalism — weaving them together into an approach that honors the body as an interconnected system.

This work became deeply personal through my own healing journey. Moving through autoimmune and digestive challenges, as well as hormonal imbalances, shifted the way I understood the body. It taught me that healing is not about fighting or overriding symptoms — but about learning to listen, support, and respond with care.

In 2022, after becoming a mother, I experienced another profound transition. Pregnancy and postpartum asked me to slow down, nourish more deeply, and honor the intelligence of the body in a new way. Once again, I leaned into both my clinical background and integrative training to support myself through that season.

That time clarified my path.

Today, I support women through postpartum, hormonal transitions, fertility journeys, and other seasons of change — especially when they’ve felt dismissed, unheard, or told:

“You’re fine.”
“Your labs are normal.”
“This is just part of being a woman or a mother.”

If something in you knows there is more beneath the surface, I encourage you to trust that voice.

I believe the body is wise.
I believe it is always communicating.
And I believe women deserve to feel supported in understanding what their body is asking for.

My role is not to diagnose or treat, but to walk alongside you — offering guidance, perspective, and support as you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and move toward a more steady and sustainable sense of well-being.

It’s an honor to be part of that process.

Areas of Support

At Vessel Women’s Health, my aim is to support you in understanding what your body is communicating — and to walk with you as you restore balance, rhythm, connection, and vitality over time.

I work with women navigating a wide range of physical, emotional, and hormonal experiences. Rather than isolating symptoms, we look at how your body is functioning as a whole — supporting the systems that allow you to feel more steady, nourished, and resilient for the long term.
